After nearly 10 years, I’m excited to finally share that KM4Group is becoming Talent Match HR Recruitment.
Changing the name of a business I started back in 2017 isn’t something I’ve taken lightly. KM4Group has been a huge part of my life, and what started as a small recruitment business has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of.
The Journey
Built around great clients, great candidates, and some fantastic relationships along the way, this business has been a genuine reflection of the values I care most about: finding the right fit between talent and organisation.
Why Now?
But as the business has evolved, it felt like the right time for a new identity that reflects where we are today and where we’re heading next. Talent Match HR Recruitment feels like the perfect fit—it’s clearer, more direct, and better represents what we do.
What’s Changing (And What Isn’t)
The name is changing, but the fundamentals aren’t:
- The same personal approach
- The same HR recruitment experience
- The same focus on relationships
- The same belief that getting the right match between talent and organisation really matters
Our Services
I continue to recruit across HR at all levels:
- HR administration and coordination
- HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- Reward and Talent
- Learning & Development (L&D)
- HR Opperations
- Senior HR leadership
Placements span both permanent and interim appointments.
Looking Ahead
There’s been a lot of change over the last few years, but one thing that hasn’t changed is how much I enjoy HR recruitment and the relationships that come with it.
So, here we go—Talent Match HR Recruitment. A new name. A new chapter. The same experience.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me and the business so far. I’m excited about what’s next. Onwards
